To give you the best level of choice and quality, I offer a range of services to suit every budget. Please take a look below to see how I can help you.

Miniature purchasing

I can purchase miniatures for you on your behalf. Please note, though, that I am not likely to be able to obtain any limited edition miniatures unless specifically stated.

Payment for the miniature in full, including shipping, is required for me to purchase your mini. This is non-refundable once I have begun work, however I will be able to ship any miniature to you at your own cost.

Painting

The most important part - I will make your mini look the best it can! I will follow any paint schemes you have in mind and will keep in contact with you throughout your project to ensure that it matches all of your expectations.

Shipping

I will ship your completed models anywhere in the world - just let me know where you would like me to post them to!

Assembly and priming

I will assemble your miniatures for you, including filling any gaps and removing mould lines. I will then prime your model using a suitable base primer.

Sealing and varnishing

With all the care taken to ensure your miniatures stand out on the table, I seal every model with either a matt or gloss varnish. This is your choice, and I can help you choose what is right for you!

Basing

I can provide a range of basing options for you to help your model stand out on the tabletop.

Paint Quality

I aim to provide a service that gives you the look you want at an affordable price - to help you, I provide three levels of painting:

Templar - This is my basic level of painting. I will give your miniatures a base coat and wash, as well as some basic highlighting around main features such as the face. I will also paint the model bases and rims in a single colour of your choice.
Elite - This is the medium level of painting. This builds on the work laid out in the Templar stage and adds a greater range of highlighting and blends to make your miniature pop on the table top. I will also use a textured paint on the base and give this a colour of your choice.
Legendary - This is my top tier of painting. At this level, I will include special effects, such as lighting or weapon effects to make your miniature something that would stand out in any display.

Prices and Payment

My pricing is calculated by the level of painting you require, any customisation or basing work you wish to be done, assembly and cleaning costs as well as shipping. Miniature purchase fees are always separate and will be discussed with you beforehand. When you contact me for a quote, I will be able to produce one that is specifically tailored to you and your needs.

Once a quote has been agreed, I would require a 50% deposit before starting work on your model. For large orders, it may be possible to split the payments further if required. This deposit is in addition to the payment for any models to be purchased. I accept PayPal and direct bank transfers.

Shipping costs are calculated through Royal Mail unless you wish for another carrier to be arranged.

Shipping

I will ship your completed miniatures anywhere in the world. This will be done through Royal Mail and will be sent to you at cost. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs charges accrued through shipping and importing. All miniatures are shipped in a hard casing, along with soft packaging materials to protect them.

Heading 1

Whilst I hope that you would be happy with my work and the service I provide, you may wish to cancel your order. My policy regarding refunds is as below:

If I have purchased your models for you, I will be happy to return them to you although postage would be at your cost. Please note that I would not be able to refund your money as the models will have been purchased.
If I have already begun work, I will be able to return the models to you at your own cost. Depending on the stage of work, I may be able to refund some of your deposit. This is something that I will discuss with you at the time.
